Cookie of the Day: Melting Moments cookies


1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
3/4 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla


Combine flour, corn starch, and sugar in a bowl.

Beat margarine until smooth.

Add flour mixture and vanilla.

Refrigerate 1 hour or until easy to handle.

Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with fork.

Bake at 375 degrees until edges are brown; about 10 to 12 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen.
