Recipe: Fried Rice


1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 green onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
1 cup cooked white rice

In a large nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat.

Add scallions, garlic, and ginger; season with salt and pepper.

Cook, stirring frequently, until beginning to brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

Add rice.

Cook, stirring, until heated through, 2 to 4 minutes.

Serves 2.
